For the second year running ASK is one of four nominees for Real Estate Capital’s 2022 Small Ticket Lender (loans sub €20m) of the Year and, in addition, has been nominated for the first time in the category of Mid-Market Financing Deal of the Year (20m-70m market) Europe for a co-loan with OakNorth Bank to fund the development and acquisition of Richmond’s former House of Fraser.
