ASK signs real estate industry stalwarts as Managing Partners

ASK announces Greg Cohen of Sterlet and Marc Foster of Melrose Capital as Managing Partners. The pair will join Daniel Austin, who will continue as CEO and Doug King on the senior leadership team.

As part of their appointments, both will ultimately become equity partners in ASK, with their interests aligned to the long-term growth and success of the business. Their appointments bring additional expertise across real estate development and investment, origination and private capital to ASK’s established debt platform and will drive further growth in the lending business, broaden ASK’s investor base and all the business to selectively pursue equity opportunities.
