ASK financed Meadow Partners’ to progress its plans to obtain permission to deliver a residential scheme for social rent through its registered provider MP Living. The Greater London Authority has provided grant funding for delivery of the scheme, which achieved planning consent in 2025.
ASK exits Ilford loan following GLA funding for 362 new homes for social rent
The support of Greater London Authority through its Affordable Homes Programme is now enabling the scheme to move forward and has enabled ASK to exit its loan and deliver a positive outcome for its investors.
The scheme will transform a prominent site that has stood vacant for almost a decade into much-needed social rent homes in the heart of Ilford.
