Daniel and Ben discuss how mid-market real estate lending has often been underserved, with big debt and hedge funds looking for the £100m plus market and a plethora of bridge lenders in the sub-£20m space. This has brought the partnership some interesting opportunities from well-capitalised borrowers with creative strategies to add-value to their assets.
