ASK and OakNorth complete £55m refinance with Montreaux

ASK is delighted to announce the completion of a £55m refinance of Montreaux’s Cricklewood scheme, in conjunction with OakNorth Bank. The site, which currently comprises a retail park predominantly occupied by B&Q, now has outline planning consent for up to 1,049 homes and 1,200 sqm of flexible commercial and community space.

Daniel Austin, Co-founder and CEO of ASK said:

“We are very happy to continue our support of Montreaux on this exceptional development site. This is our fourth transaction with Montreaux in the last three years. Of the 1,049 flats with outline consent, 35% are approved to be affordable homes which will make a substantial and positive contribution to local affordable housing.”
