ASK co-lends £13m for London hotel refurbishment
ASK and has co-lent £13m with OakNorth Bank to London hotel operator and developer, Capilon Group. The senior loan facility will refinance existing debt and fund the final stages of refurbishment of The Edwin Hotel at Earls Court, (formerly The Mayflower Hotel) which is due to open later this month.
