ASK lends £24.6m to Ability Group for expansion of Bristol Airport Hilton Hotel
ASK has provided a £24.6m loan facility to Ability Group secured against the Bristol Airport Hampton by Hilton Hotel. The loan will be used to refinance an existing facility and fund an extension of the hotel to create a further 50 bedrooms.

ASK’s new loan product for built assets in the living sector explained
An article published by Real Estate Capital Europe explains that unlike conventional bridging finance which expires after 18 months, ASK can lend for up to a 36-month period in a bridge-to-sale or bridge-to-exit scenario where for example, a development loan has expired but the borrower cannot yet sell the asset.

ASK launches new living sector product
ASK has launched a new lending product in response to the evolving debt market. With a minimum term of 6 months and minimum loan amount of £5 million, the product is aimed at built assets in the living sector and is not encumbered by a minimum ICR.
